26 Kwajarue-Dengsa (The innocence) - The story is about a very young and rich girl had affair with a very young boy , then she got pregnant. They moved out from their family to live suffering together until the boy addicted to drug and a girl entered to prostitution and finally death.

/27 Nam- Phu - The life of the young boy grown up from a broken family and be a drug addicted and finally pass away. I bet your eyes are gonna be full with tears because of this movie.

28 That's lady named " Boon ruad" - This movie is very old which i saw it around 20 years ago but it has good story ; the love of a Thai girl who was born with dignity and an American soldier who came to Thailand during Vietnam War.

29 Pee Sua Lae Dok Mai ( Butterly&flowers) - From this movie, you can see the life aspect of poor Muslim kids.

Thai Movies Recommend Part 5

21 Suriyothai - This movie is the about the history during early Ayudhaya Period . At that moment, the Kingdom was just recovered from a failure commanding of the royal mistress - Srisuda Jan and it was just governed by the new king. However, the Kingdom had to face with the Burmese intrusion and this became a battle between the 2 kingdoms. During this battle, the queen as a soldier sacrificed herself to this battle. ( this legend was occurred before the reign of King Naraesuan and the queen in this movie is king naraesuan's grandma ).

22 Tawi-Pop - This movie is based on Thai famous author's novel. The story is about love between a decent lady in this modern world with a high rank officer in King Rama V reign ( about 100 years ago).

23 Aumong-Phamuang - This movie is about the investigation of a prince murdered case to find out who was the killer. This story was modified from Mr. Kurosawa movie named " Rachomon"

24 Pleng Sud Thay - In my opinion, it is the best movie to represent lady boy life.

25  6:66 - a reporter found many strange things about death like her dad commit suicide but he did not die, her car crash very hard on a man who was supposed to die but he did not. Someone may try to do something to cheat the death cycle but who is that ??????????. In my opinion, this movie makes me think a lot about the death before the time  and at the right time.

16. King Naraesuan 1-6 - The movie based on Thai history about our great king who were living during  early Ayudhaya period . The gorgeously scenes ,  historical anecdote and life aspect of this movie are worth watching.

17. Seia Dai - The movie reflected the society problem that girls are raped , drug addicted and lost their bright future.

18. Plea Kao - The movie is about a beautiful lady who have to choose between her real love and good future with better status in society

19 Kroa Toa  - The Autobiography of  the great and famous monk of Thailand

12 Sam Ba La - Two brothers who is completely different personality are going to Tibet together as their love inspires them to go there.

13 4bia - A horror movie consists of 4 part of different stories

14- Shutter - The most hunted movie that i've seen. This movie about a guy and his gang committed a crime and this is about time for him and the gang to pay back

15 Kid thung Wittaya ( the teacher diary) - Two teachers taught in floating school in a different period of time but by reading diary, they are in love. This movie is so sweet , touching and deep which you have to watch.

For anyone who are now learning Thai, one of the best way to practice or learn any languages is to watch a local movie (without subtitle). So this blog will give you the good Thai movies to help you improving Thai language as well as getting life aspect.

1. Nak Prok - this movie tells us that a man who is supposed to be good is not as he should be and a man in a gangster is not as bad as he should be. This mean our perception toward any man can be wrong due to the society title or his reputation.

Interesting Communities to visit in Thailand - Part 2

If we categorize the communities in Thailand by ethnicity or religious, there are 4 majors groups of people who had moved from their own countries and settle here; Christians, Muslims, Chinese, Indian.

Muslim Community in Thailand

Muslim from many regions such as Middle East( such as Arab, Persia), Cambodia, South Asia ( such as India, Pakistan), Sumatra, Malaga, Southern part of China had moved and settled in Thailand for more than 200 years ago. Nowadays, there are approximately 7 Million Muslims in Thailand where we can find their communities throughout the country;  in the North of 1% (such as Cheing-Mai), in the North Eastern of 1%, in the Central Part of 8%( such as Ayudhaya) , Bangkok of 10% (such as Mahanak, Klongtan) and in the South of 80%( such as Songla).

Christians Community in Thailand

In the ancient time more than 200 years ago, Portuguese came to Thailand to disseminate their religion, to trade or to be militiamen.

Interesting communities to visit in Thailand Part 1

Thousands of tourists come to visit Thailand for delicious food, historical sites, massage, colorful cultures, gorgeous natural scenery and various kinds of awesome hotels with cheap price. However, there are communities with different and unique living style located in this country waiting for the tourist as you to visit.

Firstly the Fishermen village, there many fishermen villages throughout the country but the recommend are in Cha-Um, Chantaburi province , Chumporn and Samui.  In the villages, there are home stay or nearby cheap hotel for you to stay overnight. Therefore, you can spend time as long as you want to feel and enjoy learning the fishermen way of life as well as breathe fresh air, eat fresh fish and also admire the nice scenery while you are sailing.

There are also the Shanty Boaters ( house on a raft), this kind of community is rarely to find in Thailand in this time but there are a lot of this community , mostly in Bangkok and other provinces located near the river, in the ancient time. However,  Shanty Boaters community still exists in Thailand at Uthaithani Province , Sakrakang River named” Chom Chon Chaw Pae  Mae Nam Sakrakang”. In this community , there are 200 houses built on rafts

Regarding to the fishermen village, there is the only one floating school in the country located in the northern part of Thailand at Lum-poon province. The school name is “Ban-Kor- Jadsan Floating Branch”. This school was established in 1994 in order to educate the unprivileged kids for their elementary education. Because the kids live very far from the city, they can’t go studying in the city school. In 2012, there were 5 students with different grade study together with the only one teacher.

Secondly The Morgan ( islander), they live in islands in southern part of Thailand , Andaman Sea area. Most of their time is spent on the ship sailing in the sea but during May to November, they will move to live in the island to avoid the storm.

Thirdly the tribesman village, In Thailand there are around 11 groups of tribesman living in the northern part of the country ; Akah,Lahu,Mong,Dara-Ang,Haw,Lishu,Yao,Tai Yai,Kachins, Karen,Mlabri  These 11 groups have different culture and tradition which you should visit and get to know each of them. At present, some of tribesman for 11 groups live in The Royal Project Foundation in Cheing-Mai province ,Cheing- Rai  province , Payao Province, Nan Province , Prae Province. 

There is another tribesman group called “ Kuy” who migrated from Cambodia to Thailand during 1702-1803. At present, they are in the north-eastern part of Thailand.
